Shirley Ann Howard

BIOGRAPHY

Shirley Ann Howard was born and raised just outside Boston, Massachusetts, where she received a B.A. in English and a Master’s Degree in Counseling. She’s been writing both fiction and non-fiction since she was twelve years old. She has also taught school in both inner city as well as rural settings, and has been a school counselor and administrator. She relishes activity with her devoted husband, and together they raised their two sons—bicycling Cape Cod, skiing New England, traveling, and boating/swimming/fishing in the Atlantic. She enjoys sports and is an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. She now relaxes with her reading, writing and cooking in her family home, south of Boston, on the coast.
